Standard Terms

• Purchase order or basic agreement required for all work. Copywriting fees for initial projects are payable 50% in advance, balance upon delivery. Landing page critique fees are payable in full, in advance. The remainder is due before the copy is sent or within 30 days of the initial payment, whichever is first.
• All revisions must be assigned within 30 days of receipt of first draft of copy. Two rewrites are made free of charge unless the revision is based on a change in the assignment made after copy is submitted.
• Once credit is established with a company or agency, payment is due within 14 days by direct deposit or Paypal.
• The client retains the copyright to all work once final payment has been received.
• If a project is canceled before the 30 day window, a “kill fee” in addition to the initial project fee will be assessed. This amount is equal to 25 per cent of project fee.
