Standard Terms For Direct Response Copywriting Projects

• Purchase order or basic SWA required for all work. Copywriting fees for initial projects are payable 100% in advance. Landing page critique fees are payable in full, in advance. Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances.
• All revisions must be assigned within 30 days of receipt of first draft of copy. Two rewrites are made free of charge unless the revision is based on a change in the assignment made after copy is submitted.
• The client retains the copyright to all work.
